Our Leeway TOURS Guarantee

Due to the confidence in our employees, excellent service and superior motor coach equipment, LEEWAY TOURS does hereby guarantee that if any preformed group is dissatisfied with the transportation services rendered by LEEWAY TOURS and if LEEWAY is unable to remedy that dissatisfaction by any other means, the preformed group may be refunded an amount equal to the full transportation cost of that particular trip.

The full transportation refund shall be contingent upon the group submitting a letter stating the specific reasons for the dissatisfaction and shall be signed by at least fifty percent (50%) of the passengers on said trip. Refunds shall be made payable to the preformed group and in no case shall be paid to an individual. LEEWAY must be notified of the group's dissatisfaction with any particular trip no later than the first working day following the return of said trip.
